If you're the admin of a group, you can turn on post approval to review posts before they appear:
- Go to your group and click
in the top-right corner - Select Edit Group Settings
- Check the box next to Post Approval
- Click Save
You'll get notified when posts are waiting to be approved. Click 
next to an individual post to approve it, or click 
to ignore it. Keep in mind that any group admin can approve a post.
